The Hair

Liam's hair is crazy long... Tom really wants me to cut it, but I know that once I do, he won't look like my baby anymore but a little boy, and I'm not ready for that!  But it is starting to look pretty shaggy, so I might need to just bite the bullet and get it over with.

 You can't really see Olive's face, but Matti and Kiffyn were so cute wanting to hold her all the time!

catch-up again...

 Matti and Kiffyn took a gymnastics class at the rec center... we were not impressed with the quality of "teaching" that went on, or rather lack thereof, but Matti had a great time and it has helped her coordination and socializing with strangers, so I guess that was worth the money...   (She's the one in the black pants and light blue leotard.)

This is how my kids look at bugs; they are fascinated by them, especially ants and rolly-polly bugs.  Today Matti said she saw two ants and she said hi to them because they are her friends... better ants than spiders!  

This is at the Salt Lake City temple.  We went there with Tom's aunt and uncle who are not members of the LDS church.  It was a great experience and opportunity for them to ask lots of questions about our religion.  It was a very positive experience!  But a very long day; our kids NEVER fall asleep on the couch!!

It's a little freaky seeing your children launched into the air, but I trust Tom, and the kids LOVE it! It almost looks like they jumped from the 3rd story balcony!

New family pictures

It's really hard getting all four of us to smile, and not look fake about it!  Our friend Julie took the pictures and she did a pretty good job!  The ones with the whole family are ok, but I love the ones of the kids alone or with one of us.  The one with Matti and her teddy are super cute and I love the ones where Liam is "flying" with a cape and superman sign in the background.
