look mom! i'm a boy!

Matti puts on Liam's vest and says to me, "Look mom, I'm a boy!  I have a penis!" The mind of a three year old is so funny!  Matti and Kiffyn have been playing "princess."  One of them is the prince and the other is the princess.  The princess dies and she falls to the ground.  The prince has to kiss the princess on the cheek so she will wake up.  Then they dance!  Of course!

snow day

matti was coloring, i wasn't paying attention(not because i was on pinterest, i'm sure); she says, "mom look!" and this is what i saw.  not really sure where she got this, but i had a good laugh from it!

it snowed many inches and we got all bundled up to go play in it

why are all my bad hair days captured in photos?

 liam refuses to be left out of things, but since he doesn't have snow clothes he sat on the sidewalk eating snow; i made sure it was the pure white snow

 he loved it of course!  this is the kid who consumed half a beach while in hawaii; a little snow is a delicious treat for him!

Liam is walking!

He started walking at 10 and 1/2 months!  I really wanted to encourage him, but I also really didn't want him walking yet!  Its selfish, I know, but everything changes when they start walking and I wasn't ready yet!  Too bad I guess; I don't get to decide.
